Interior buildout of a 2,000 SF retail space for a collectible store located in the Toco Hills shopping center in Druid Hills. The project scope consisted of full gut demo, framings/hanging/finishing of walls for new offices and storage rooms, rework of the existing HVAC system, rework of the existing electrical panel, new LED lights throughout, new LVT flooring throughout, new black ceiling tiles throughout, new wallcovering, painting, and installation of glass showcases.
