Interior buildout of an open concept free standing restaurant located in East Cobb. The project was delivered by North American Properties as a first generation grey shell. WR Mitchell Contracting enclosed the rough openings with new storefront, completed HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and even did all exterior finishes including brick, stone, gas lanterns, and exterior dumpster enclosure with brick and custom fabricated enclosure doors. The interior consists of custom millwork, polished floors, open painted ceilings, complete kitchen, and even a walk up window for shoppers to take advantage of. This restaurant has become a staple in the community and we are glad to be a part.
