Charles Schwab

This is one of many Independent Branch Service (IBS) locations for Charles Schwab. These IBS stores are challenging in that they are a small footprint with very high-end detail. The timeline is tight and coordination is key for not only WR Mitchell subcontractors but several Charles Schwab vendors in which the WR Mitchell team was responsible for coordinating in order to hit a specific target date that hundreds of Charles Schwab employees had set several months prior to construction. Consistent communication and detailed planning were required and executed to turn the space over on time, within budget, and above and beyond client expectations. This project was managed by a detailed Project Manager sitting in the WR Mitchell Contracting office located in Woodstock, GA with with a traveling Superintendent setup on location daily in FL managing the field construction. This will be one of many projects out of state with the Charles Schwab relationship that the WR Mitchell team has had many successes working together.
