Convert an existing 4,100 SF Liberty Mutual into a clothing store. Demolish existing partitions and doors. Build new partitions, doors, fitting rooms, acoustical ceiling, etc. Modify existing MEP systems per new layout and requirements. The biggest challenge with this project was having to finish it during the holidays which we successfully completed.
