Interior buildout of the new location of the full-service exam and glasses retail store in Buckhead. The project started with demoing out an existing yoga studio. The buildout required concrete sawcut of the existing slab for a large portion of new plumbing needed for several added sinks needed for exam rooms and restrooms. New millwork throughout was needed for the exam rooms and reception area. The space received all new carpet, acoustical ceilings, and high-end finishes to match the new EyeDr branding scheme. The electrical package was large with lots of LED lighting throughout. The WR Mitchell team impressed the client with turning over the space three weeks early, under budget, and minimal punch items.
