Interior buildout of a 25,000 sf corporate office and fintech headquarters. This project was an expansion of an existing tenant space expanding into 25k sf of previously occupied spaces. The project scope consisted of demolition, custom cabinetry, framing and drywall of interior partitions, custom cove ceiling features with wood ceiling tiles in the executive boardroom, new interior glass, new carpet tiles, new ceramic floor tile in lobby, wall tile in kitchenette, appliances in (3) new break-rooms, custom catering kitchen, undated executive restrooms with custom toilet partitions and marble countertops, new hvac unit to service the boardroom, new electrical panels with transformer to upgrade power.
