Interior buildout of a 2,000 sq fast food concept restaurant. This was the first of many of its kind and the brand anticipates opening (5) additional locations in the metro area. This project was located on the ground floor of the State Farm corporate headquarters building. WR Mitchell worked closely with State Farm’s onsite building engineers to deliver the project and to tie into state farm’s mechanical and electrical systems. The project required a high end HVAC system with pollution control, new walk-in coolers, new electrical panels, and fire alarm. This project was delivered as a cold dark shell and our scope included new millwork counters with buffet style assembly line and sneeze guards, new door frames and hardware, polished and sealed concrete floors with quarry tile in kitchen, paint, wallcovering, wall graphics, electronic menu Design challenges came into play on this project when dimensional bust was discovered. WR Mitchell helped find a solution to allow for a change in floor plan and made the client happy by saving time and cost.
