Interior buildout for a hot yoga studio. Scope included full gut demo of the previous tenant, framing interior fire walls for the yoga room, custom millwork, (3) showers, (2) restrooms, LVT flooring throughout, open to deck concept throughout with exception of bathrooms showers and yoga studio. Special insulated ceiling tiles were required in the yoga room. New complete HVAC system throughout. This unique retail space required a custom furnace with duct sock to produce heat and humidity for the yoga room. The yoga room requires heat to get from 95 degrees to 105 degrees. Three humidifiers and an air purifying system were installed to produce clean heated steam for a unique yoga experience.
