Pepper Boxing

Interior buildout for 5,000 sf group fitness and boxing studio. this was the second location after the successful Battery location near the Braves stadium. project scope consisted of full gut demo of the old metal building’s interior, custom millwork with lockers and benches, large amount of concrete sawcut/pour back to allow for plumbing, free standing steel structure to support a total of (21) water filled boxing bags, framing of structural steel members to support mezzanine for air handling units, framing and drywall for interior partitions, rubber flooring, turf flooring, tile flooring, and wall tile, paint, k-13 spray insulation for bag room ceilings, gym mirrors, toilet partitions and accessories, plumbing for restrooms with a total of (4) showers, new heat pump units with exposed ceiling and spiral ductwork, new electrical service, ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile, treatment rooms with sinks in each, fire sprinkler, rework of the hvac system, new electrical panels with new led lights and decorative chandeliers, and fire alarm. Continuous owner changes made this job challenging however WR Mitchell coordinated work and changes in a timely manner to complete the project on time and under budget.
