Interior buildout for a 25,000 SF Marshalls retail store located at Merchants Walk shopping center in East Cobb/Marietta, GA. Scope of work included total (8) new RTUs with a total of 70 tons, concentric drops, new switchgear, new electrical panels, new plumbing for restrooms and lounge, new dressing rooms, open to deck concept in sales area with painted deck and exposed ductwork, loading dock and roll up door, new flooring throughout, new sliding automatic doors, sales floor outriggers, wallcovering, decorative trim, sprinkler modifications, fire alarm, building management system, new roof, new compactor door, new led lighting throughout interior and exterior and EIFS work to exterior for new Marshalls signage. WR Mitchell contracting was able to meet a tight timeline for this Big Box Retail store.
